Returns, Cancellation And Change

RETURN, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Under this heading, provisions containing information regarding the return and exchange process of products purchased through www.richandie.com (hereinafter referred to as the "website") will take place. This return and exchange policy is binding for every buyer who purchases products from the seller through the website specified in the distance sales contract (see www.richandie.com - Distance Sales Contract).

Generally

Article-1. If an order is placed electronically on the website by the buyer, the preliminary information form presented to the buyer and the distance sales contract are deemed to have been accepted.

Article-2. The buyer and seller are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No.6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette Date and Number: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable laws regarding the delivery, return and exchange of the product.

Article-3. The shipping fee of the returned or exchanged product (unless otherwise specified by the seller) belongs to the buyer.

Buyer's Obligation to Control the Product

Article-4. Before the buyer receives the contractual product from the courier of the cargo company, it is crushed, broken, etc. is obliged to check whether it is damaged due to reasons. If the product is damaged or defective, the buyer will not take delivery of the product. The buyer receives the product, presuming that the product is intact and undamaged. The buyer is obliged to carefully protect the products from which he will exercise his right of withdrawal. The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused. However, the products whose invoices are submitted can be returned or exchanged.

Article 5. If the buyer detects any damage or defect related to the product during delivery, it will arrange a "damage assessment report". The damage assessment report prepared will be sent to us together with the product invoice. Shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

 

Article 6. The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer, (if the invoice of the product to be returned is issued on behalf of the legal entity, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the legal entity that is the receiving party. The products to be delivered must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

Withdrawal Period

Article 7. In cases where the buyer will exercise his right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to direct a clear notification to the seller that he has exercised his right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. In case the right of withdrawal from the contract is used within the period, the product must be sent to the address of the seller specified in the distance sales contract within a maximum of ten (10) days. If the contracted cargo company is specified for product returns on the website, the buyer can send the product from any branch of the cargo company.
